"Unfortunately this used to be my favorite boutique in Kansas City. I recently purchased a new home and have frequented their store about every two months over the past year and spent hundreds of dollars there. This past weekend, I purchased two club chairs from their store in addition to another $300 in home decor. When I got them home, they were too small and I asked the owner if I could return them. I was told they were a final sale and no furniture could be returned. She did point out that it was stated on my receipt, but I have never been to a store and purchased $1200 in merchandise where I wasn't told it was a final sale. Not even Nell Hills does that! Too bad. No more Bella B's for me."
